The Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District,Senator Stella Oduah has said that the only good thing that would happen to Nigeria is for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)to return to power in 2023.
Senator Oduah made this revelation in Onitsha while addressing PDP stakeholders in Anambra North Senatorial District on Tuesday.
According to Senator Oduah,there is no better alternative to PDP judging from the present dire situation in the country where hardship is making the citizens hopeless.
Pointing out her numerous achievements in Anambra North Senatorial District which has guaranteed her massive endorsement and followership,senator Oduah emphasised that other PDP candidates in the Senatorial Zone are performing wonderfully well.
She cited example with Hon Lynda Ikpeazu (aka Madam Project)who is popular with many road projects across her constituency.
The senator pointed at achievements of Hon Douglas Egbuna (aka Osite) with the popular Osite commuter buses and other unique projects and Hon Somtoo Udeze’s numerous achievements across Ogbaru.
Senator Oduah also reckoned with Hon Noble Nonso with his achievements in Okpoko area and his diligence in attracting democracy dividend to his constituents.
She also mentioned the commendable exploits of Hon Obinna Emenaka,Hon Chukwuka Onyema and Hon Vincent Ofumelu,all who she described as good ambassadors of the PDP.
Reflecting on her numerous achievements,senator Oduah recalled all her achievements in terms of roads rehabilitation and construction,water supply,street lights and scholarships to the less privileged.
Also on her list of achievement are,erection of houses for widows and their general welfare,youth empowerment,farmers support programme and medical outreaches.
“I think I have tried as an individual.I don’t think there’s any government that can match our contribution to state and national development.There’s no better alternative than the PDP”,she concluded.
Earlier,a former parliamentarian Hon Eucharia Anazodo commended senator Oduah for all her achievements as a senator.
Anazodo told the huge audience that senator Oduah has impacted positively on many lives and deserves to be returned to the Senate for sustenance of her good works.
She pointed out that Oduah out-paced many of her colleagues at the Senate with the highest number of bills and motions to her credit.
She recalled how senator Oduah recently fought and got the federal government to convert the general hospital Onitsha,to a federal Medical Centre to render quality health service to the people
